Here are three recipes that have been on constant rotation in my kitchen for the past few months. They’re good, easy, and everyone likes them. The best part is that they aren’t your standard meals – meaning they aren’t your standard spaghetti & meatballs. Give one of these a try and let me know what you think!
Beef & Cabbage – the official name of this recipe is “Simmered Cabbage with Beef, Shan Style” which is fine, but just too long. I make this dish regularly and everyone eats it up. Yep, cabbage. This is cheap and easy – the two things that I wish ALL our dinners could be! Do yourself a favor and double the beef, or even quadruple it (you may find that you’ll need more seasonings also, just go with your taste!) It is yummy.
Creamy Beef Noodle Bake – Thanks to Pinterest for sending this my way back in 2015, I’ve been linking back to this recipe ever since. It makes a lot, but that’s ok because it is equally as good for lunch, or you can freeze any leftovers for another night.
Gnocchi with Sausage and Spinach – This is an easy dish that feels a bit more dressy than your typical week-night fare. I’ve used different types of sausage in it and it is always good. I’ve also replaced the spinach with broccoli. The recipe also doubles well if you need to serve a crowd.
